Luis knows El Paso soil. But he doesn’t know baseball. He talked me out of the machine I asked for and into the right one. He also talked me out of coaching baseball. The day ran like clockwork. That is local knowledge you cannot buy. But don’t ask him about baseball.
I have rented from the national chains. Two hours on hold for a quote, then surprise fuel charges on the invoice. Century gave me an all-in number on the first call. We are not going back.
